The following are the Terms and Conditions of the giveaway, which is sponsored by Remesas Bantrab.
Promotion Description
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase/ transaction necessary: Candidates may enter the Sweepstakes by two methods: 1) by completing one (1) qualifying money transfer or 2) any eligible individual can send in a “No Purchase Necessary” mail-in entry to 4516 Seton Center Parkway, Suite 125, Austin, TX 78759 Attn: “Remesas Bantrab Marketing Department –Sweepstakes Entry” with a note expressing their interest in participating in the giveaway. The letter must include the entrant’s full name, email address, physical mailing address, phone number, and a photocopy of a U.S. government issued ID showing the name, and DOB. Note that Attn: “Remesas Bantrab Marketing Department” MUST be clearly mentioned on the envelope itself. Failure to mention and failure to provide a proof of ID may result in a void entry. Please do not submit any original copies for proof of identification. Remesas Bantrab may not be held responsible if an original document is submitted to enter the sweepstakes.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
The Sweepstakes begins at 6:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 1st, 2022, and end at 11:59:59 PM EST on December 31st, 2022 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The sponsor’s servers and clock shall serve as the official clock for the giveaway and participants’ proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by the Sponsor.
Entries received without all of the information requested above will be void. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. All materials submitted become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Upon entering, the entrant acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. The Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and employees are not liable for lost, late, stolen, illegible, delayed, garbled, or misdirected entries, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete, or damaged transactions, or for garbled or delayed computer transmissions even if the foregoing limits an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes in any way or to win. Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, and employees are not responsible for any problems or for the technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to the entrant, his/her computer, hardware, or other property relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes.
PRIVACY: The personal information you submit when you enter the Sweepstakes is collected by the Sponsor and will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating in this promotion, you agree to allow the Sponsor to use your personal information, which may include, identification, such as name, address, and transaction information to directly promote its services to you.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND LIMITATIONS: There will be a total of 20 prizes offered in the form of a digital gift card sent via Amazon.com Inc. For winning entries, Remesas Bantrab will give one $25 Amazon Gift Card to 5 winners every 15 days during the promotion period, being the dates of the giveaway as follows: 1st raffle will take place on November 16, 2022, 2nd raffle will take place on December 1st, 2022, 3rd raffle will take place December 16, 2022, and 4th and final raffle will take place on January 2nd 2023. Bantrab will match the value of the money transfer placed by the entrant during the promotion period. Total Retail Value (“RV”) of all the Gift Cards offered in this Sweepstakes is: no more than $25 USD and will not exceed $25 USD per entrant.
Only applicable for transfers that are in the paid status. Transactions that are cancelled, void, pending cancellation, or pending payment on the drawing date do not qualify to be entered in the promotion.
The prizes shall not be subject to any dispute or claim whatsoever and they shall not be transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item. There is a limit of one prize per person, family, or household. No substitution or transfer of any prize is permitted, except that the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes and other expenses not specified herein, including without limitation, federal, State, and/or local taxes associated with the prize and its receipt are the sole responsibility of the prize recipients. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of qualified eligible entries are received for the Sweepstakes period, as outlined in the schedule below (“Drawing Schedule”).
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for the purposes of online or offline advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The gift card is subject to applicable law. You may not (and you are not eligible to) participate in the Promotion if you are an employee of Bantrab or an affiliate or any other licensed remittance company or where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law, statute or regulations or all information collected from you as part of the Promotion shall be subject to Remesas Bantrab’s Privacy Policy.
The offer may not be used for any commercial purpose, as determined by Remesas Bantrab in its sole discretion.
Remesas Bantrab expressly disclaims any and all liability associated with or arising from your use of the gift card. Resolution of all questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Promotion or your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Promotion Agreement is the responsibility of Remesas Bantrab.
DRAWINGS AND ODDS OF WINNING: There will be a total of 20 random drawings from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period, as outlined in the “Drawing Schedule” below. The 20 sweepstakes random drawings will be held on or about the Drawing Dates, as noted in the “Drawing Schedule”, and conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received per Sweepstakes period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE FULFILLMENT: The potential winners will be notified via e-mail between 9AM and 5PM EST on/about the notification dates noted on the “Drawing Schedule” above. Email notifications will be sent to the sender’s registered email with Remesas Bantrab.
Reimbursements will be in the form of a gift card link issued to the sender’s registered email with Remesas Bantrab. Under no circumstances will the gift card be issued to an email address that is different from the one registered with Remesas Bantrab. The sender will receive a written confirmation via email notifying him/her of their winnings.
For mail in entrants, the winnings will be in the form of a gift card link, not exceeding $25 USD, issued to the entrant’s email address provided. Under no circumstances will the gift card be issued to an email address that is different from the one provided at the time of entering the sweepstakes. The winner will receive a written confirmation via email notifying him/her of their winnings.
GENERAL RULES: Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents, having a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN), who are 18 years of age or older as of November 1st 2022. Employees of the Sponsor, its Agents, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, or any other suppliers of the Sponsor and their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. If the winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize(s) will be awarded in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final and binding. This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its principles of conflicts of law. Jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of New Jersey.

Remesas Bantrab reserves the right to void any offer redemption that appears to be fraudulent, and to void any offer redemption resulting from a fraudulent Remesas Bantrab transaction or any transaction that is not compliant with the Remesas Bantrab User Agreement, found at https://appremesas.bantrab.com/. Remesas Bantrab will not replace any lost, damaged or expired gift cards.
Remesas Bantrab reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, to add, modify, or terminate any and/or all of the terms of the Promotion Agreement or to replace, wholly or in part, the Promotion with another offer with no liability to Remesas Bantrab.

MOREOVER, Amazon.com Inc., AND NOR Remesas Bantrab, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING AND MAINTAINING THEIR CARD PROGRAM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THAT PROGRAM’S COMPLIANCE WITH APPROPRIATE FEDERAL AND STATE REGULATIONS.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
